Well today my parents closed on their house. This is the first house they’ve bought together, and when I went in it for the first time today I learned that the previous owners did not take care of it at all…. It is seriously really gross in there and there is a lot of work to be done. I don’t really want to move but I won’t be living in Virginia for much longer.
